Well I wake up to go to league and I could not find my shoes so I look around the house and I cannot not find them and league starts at 10:45 and its 10:30 so I leave for the bowling alley listening to Q-Tip The Renaissance (Good CD by the way). So by the time I get to the alley I shooting for my last chance to find my shoes and goodness they were there. So I slip on my shoes and practice and for the first time the alley put down some oil from gutter to gutter almost leaving about 5 boards to work off of, the middle was flooded.
So I get up to bowl and strike out till 6 frame where I left 4 pin and somehow I miss it :( so I keep rollin for a 257. So I feel good about it and we go into the next game. I start rollin agian and left pocket 10 4th frame blah blah blah strikes and spares :) I shoot 216, My friend comes over and tell me I need 227 for 700 and a 265 to be the high series of a 735. So again I start with front 5 and 6 frame I roll my ball across 3 board. I am prayin that it comes back and it does, but a little high and leaves me 7-6 split. Next two frames I leave pocket 10 and 7 pin respectively and strike out untill the 10th which I leave the 10 :) and next ball I leave the 5-7 split to end with a 221!!!!!!!! which gives me a 694 series. I was so mad that I was 6 pins away. But another day it will come... by the way I shot 10 strikes in the first game 2 away from a 300.
I was shooting with my black widow bite for the first game and it was comming up smooth then the first couple of frames of the second game it came up a little high so I switch to the BWS which is polished so it saved it energy for the last part of the lanes which carried nicely. I played up 5 left lane and up 8 on the right lane. I which I had my cell it would have rolled nicely on this oil pattern.
