I would love to see video's of peoples hands during release (heck during their entire swing) shot on a slow motion camera (around 1000 frames per second). On TV its hard to get a good look at someone's release because even when ESPN slows it down, its still not that slow. At 1000 FPS, you could see every detail, and would be informative for someone like me.
Anyone know if there are any videos online that show releases in slow motion?

Here is a web page with videos. It's the best I can do for you. Scroll down to select what you are looking for. Click on what you want to see and you can see it in Fast/Normal/ or slopw speed.
