Guess who is back!

Well after my weeks of not bowling... and it will be 5 weeks tomorrow(tuesday) since i have touched a bowling ball... and the doctors have approved me to go back to work:) that means i get to go bowling... now... it will only be light bowling 2-3 games until next week(coaches order) unless i feel 100% the i can bowl league on wednesday night

but omg back on the lanesssssssssssss

Welcome back Racer and I am glad you had a speedy recovery. Do not over do it on the lanes. Maybe do only 1 game at first and see how you feel. Don't push anything.

Great to hear mate!

Take it easy the first couple games, dont try ripping the cover off the ball the first one and would keep your backswing low the first couple, just watch it with picking up bad habits.
