Good Luck on the therapy Bubba, Been through that with my daughter an it is rough but I am confident you will come through fine. My Condolences on the loss of your friend, it is never easy when we lose a good person there are never enough of those around to start with. :(

The therapy is going ok. I do not relly have any problem with most of the strengthening or stretching exercises except one of them. he has me putting a strap over my left ashoulder , holding it with my left hand in front of me, grabing the strap behind my back with my right hand and pulling up with my left so my right arm goes up behind my back. That is the killer. After that one I feel as if I just injured the arm all over again for a few hours. But it must be done and I will do my best at this one.
