Hi guys ! How has everyone been ? Just thought I would stop in and say hi to all. Hope everyone had a good season and does well at LV. I will be back at Reno next year ! I had the back surgery and all went well. I have bowled one ime since and shot 756 with no practice or anything and hadnt thrown a ball since Sept last year ! Felt good to bowl and not be in pain for the first time in years. I still love my Hammer ! Only ball I have left besides a spare ball or two. Hope to sub a bit next season to get a card and get back to Reno with the old passion I had before. But I have to tell you, I did enjoy the time with the wife and kids this year ! Cya all later

Good to hear the back is on the mend and you'll be joing us again lamenting about all the outside influences that keep us from rolling a 900 series every league night.

Stampy, Man it is sure good to see you and that everything went well with the surgery. We missed ya man. Being pain free with a back injury is a wonderful thing. I know what you went through I had a spinal fusion done years ago and one thing I would not wish on anyone is a back injusy and pain.

You take things slow getting back into the game. Very nice bowling for the first time back. Take it slow and enjoy . Don't be a strANGER MY FRIEND.

Glad to hear your feeling a lot better Jeff. bowling without pain is a wonderful feeling. does this mean you want all the equipment you got rid of last fall back? just kidding...i think. lol hope you get back in the game full time this fall, keep us informed of how you're doing and don't be a stranger.
