Cannot wait till they come out. Storm already has the Fast (which I'm leaning towards as my next purchase) and the Furious. My only question here is if you could which Hybrid bowling ball would you want to have. What I heard Hammer is releasing one and Ebonite is as well so I may pause before I think about Storm... (and this thread can be just discussions on the Hybrids as well)

The fast and furious are not hybrids. The virtual energy is a hybrid

I do have a Rogue and Hy-road. Both of which are very good balls

REALLY?? I swore they were. R2S is not a hybrid?? (wait the Hy-Road has this, yet isn't that a hybrid)

The Hy-Road has a version of the R2S solid and R2S Pearl. That's what makes the coverstock a hybrid. The Fast has the R2S Pearl and the Furious has the R2S Solid. Now, the next ball that you will see that comes out in the line, I am sure, will be a mix of both the Fast and the Furious with a hybrid coverstock.

All of those are nice ideas, but where u get Wrath Hammer? Gold vibe would be amazing, but different combo on balls besides cherry and emerald.. Special sauce wouldnt be name, it already is a name for overseas ball. (if i remember correctly) and Razyr with gas mask would be :eek: lol. You forgot one..

BWS + BWP = Black Widow Instinct..? Or it could be:
BWB + BWV.. It could maybe be strong with somewhat of a decent read instead of 50' then ultra hook? The hybrid of maybe the BWS and something else would be spectacular

I've always thought "Raw Hammer Agony" would be cool, but would be too close to the pain I guess.

Only thing, both the Cherry and Emerald are pearls, maybe the Emerald and the Blue would be a cool hybrid.

The Bite definately had Pearl added, but was considered a Solid. Since the pearl "did not affect reaction".

The Acid looks to be the same as above.

What makes a Pearl a Pearl, since a Pearl is an additive added to the resin? So the ball is not 100% per se. It's a modified "solid" resin. So does this mean that the "hybrid" is just 50% of the additive? Which would be a nice in between.

We have the Hot Sauce.... we knew about the Rayzr (kinda), the Exterme X7 is a oversea's line (don't think we're getting that one, they never did not really ever kill the No Mercy Line (but it does not look good either.).

What we are missing from the list in my opinion, is something from the Vibe, Raw Hammer and Sauce lines.

My guess is something in the Sauce, Widow or Raw Hammer Lines.

From Hammer? yes in my opinion. To stay competitive with all the other companies producing Hybrids. And also something different everyone is asking for from Hammer because everyone says NO MORE SID / FLIP.

The only way to do a hybrid Vibe would be using the Blue Vibe and either the Emerald or Cherry, because the Emerald and Cherry are both pearls, so the only one that would work is the Blue.

I just want a solid Vibe, I never got a chance to bag a Blue Vibe, and I don't really want to order one online. I need a benchmark ball and everything else in the line is too strong for me (I'm slightly rev dominant), so I figure a solid Vibe with a little surface would fill that hole for me.

A hybrid Sauce would probably be a must-grab for me. I love the Hot Sauce, but fear the Sauce would be a little too early for me.

well whats the actual difference of having a pearl to hybrid and a solid to a hybrid??

In theory, a pearl would skid too much and a solid should would more midlane. The hybrid would have the midlane of a solid and the response to friction of a pearl

I would expect if we get a Hybrid it will be in the Sauce Line or Raw Line. Everything I have heard is leading me to believe the next Vibe will be a solid similair in reaction to the Blue Vibe.

Guy on ballreviews has some info about an Onyx Vibe, with the Ct Reactive PLUS cover, so might be like a hybrid Blue Vibe cover like we've been saying and has the vibe core. Could also just be a rumor though. :confused:

alot of people omn ball reviews has info for some reason or another that others do not. There was talk a few weeks ago about a Black Hammer. That rumour hasn't been mentioned for 2 weeks now.

The best place to get the news on the new equipment is here on the Hammer site . Be patient and the day is coming for the info.
