Many of us haven't thrown a 300 anyone know of a book to help with confidence or mental focus. Me, well I bowl with a Nail and have a high of 279 and 741 series average 205. I bowl 1 league a week and never practice, I think the 300 will come with some new equipment (a toxic is in near future for me, just trying to find best price) and a little practice, but always looking for a good read.

http://www.bowl4fun.com/ron/roncarchive.htm Don't know about any books on bowling, but this archive is very good. This gives you the basics all the way up to some advance moves. It also shows you how to practice, how to hold the ball, etc. Check it out. It has helped me out quite a bit....

Seen the Jowdy book several places on-line. Search, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Borders...

Lots of good information is on-line just have to search, just remember to bookmark.

Found some stuff buy Carmen Salvino, thought was good.
