i wanna know what size to get cause i wanna start replacing myself cause it would save money. i know with vise im a 2 and 4 but, the place sales turbos so i dont kow waht size i am. please help

The sizes of all vice grips are maked on inside but a #4 is 11/16 and a #2 is 5/8.
between turbo and vise the sizes do vary about a half size. Buy one set from your pro shop let him fit you and then you will know the right size to be able buy your own after that.

Start sticking your fingers in some inserts. Find right size. Pick a color. Buy 'em all. Insert in ball. Please don't use too much superglue,it's a pain in the butt to get 'em out later if you do. Bowl. Enjoy.

Well, once you find out, do yourself a favor and make sure that if you lose weight, that you shrink your grips, just thought I'd add this in, since I was doing real bad the first 4 weeks of summer league cuz I quite a bit of fat (started working out) and my finger grips went down like a full size and a half
