Stroker

I am a cranker and I love my Black Widow but today during practice I threw my entire last game with the stroker style and bowled a 256. I could not believe how well my ball was hitting with the way I was throwing it. My previous high game with the stroker style was a 209 with my Track. I am going to practice tomorrow and throw the entire practice session with the stroker style and see how it works.:cool:

adding more releases or "styles" will give you more weapons to take to the alley. Keep it up!!!

Copy cat! Just kiddin'! Man, I've always been a stroker and I have a hard time hittin' those scores. You do it for fun and :eek:

Your BW is drilled all purpose, right? Did it break earlier for you throwing it stroker? Mine is skid/flip and breaks late...sometimes too late, especially in the 1st game. Do you still put big revs on it even though you're strokin', or do you back them off a bit? Just curious.

I have the ball drilled all purpose. I threw it with low to medium revs at about 16 mph. The ball had a nice even arc to the pocket and it broke in just right. It did not go too long or break too early. I was truly impressed with the way it was working:D

I know what I am going to do on league sundays now when the lanes dry up in the 3rd game:cool:

I forgot to say that my sister is loaning me the money to get my Toxic so I should have it by league next week. I will update how it works with the stroker style.
