Well you need to start with a well trained spare ball! :p

How about a Onyx Vibe, Cool Noize, Bedlam, Jigsaw, Full Swing and maybe a Burn.

Any Cell would be good as well, depending on what you decide to buy.

your gonna get hammer here, spare ball needs to be one of them, depending on your rev-rate you might want to put a razyr, then just fill the next 4 with med-light, med, med heavy, heavy. You pick company and ball choices you like in those spots.

if you are high rev rate or tend to hook alot, a razyr is a good idea, then a medium light would be most vibes or their counterpart in other companys. Then medium Is maybe the Raw Hammer line something like the Psycho or of course all depends ur brand you like, then medium heavy A great ball is probably the Raw Hammer acid or the Cell line possibly.. then for heavy heavy Something like a virtual or a jigsaw or whatever the line you like's heavy ball. The most important part is the spare ball. Since i got my spare ball grip changed and im comfortable with it now, my average has increased to a 180+. a lot depends on normal hook shape and all..

Nary a one. Don't know how you roll, what kind of different lanes you roll on and where on the lane you like to roll it. Anything I recommended would be a very bad guess.

Selection of bowling balls is a personal thing, you have to believe that whatever ball you roll at that particular moment is the perfect choice for the job. Anything else and you're just fooling yourself.

Oh well i throw around 350 revs and I love having a spare ball, i can pick up the 10 pin with all of my balls i throw it flat, just spareball i like the control of it and everything. Now that we know, then everyone must suggest 5 ball's without the spare ball :D Um just hammer wise, razyr, onyx, Psycho, Acid/Burn/sauce/Bw series, Jigsaw/sauce/Hot sauce/Sting. These are in order of strength. It also depends on layouts really. But thats if you drill all of them the same or similar.. I think that many other brands could supply better demands for the heavy or medium heavy, but those are my suggestions as to the different conditions and covering the most.. I know i have some where there are a few separated by /'s but thats because it depends on your preference.

I'll 2nd that, and especially the part about believing in your ball. No confidence in your equipment, means the ball stays in the bag.

Razyr, Onyx Vibe, Acid, Burn, Jigsaw

What was said earlier hold alot of water. It depends on what type of equipment worked best for you so far . My suggestion will be all Hammer though. Take in consideration on what you have used in the past on your lane conditions.

Now it depends on your rev rate and style you are. Also it depends on your Axis Rotation , is it 0°-29° with more of an end over end with a smooth less than average hook ?

Is it 30°-59° with medium side roll and a fairly angular move to the pocket?
60°-90° or is it above average side roll that gets down the lane easily and snaps toward the pocket?

Now last your Axis Tilt plays a factor also. Is it 0°-15° less than average spin. Ball track near the thumb and fingers .
16°-30° An average spin. Smaller track with some distance between track and fingers?
31°-90° Above average spin. Much smaller track and much farther from thumb and fingers.?

Without knowing all this it we could suggest an arsenal but would it be accurate? Chances are no or it would be close.

Basic five arsenal? ...piece of cake

1. Strong Solid- arcing motion
2. Strong Solid (or Hybrid)- angular skid snap-ish

3. Benchmark

4. Strong Pearl-angular true skid snap
5. Weaker Pearl/Lighter Oil Ball

You start with ball 3, your benchmark. Some people preferr solid, others pearls and now the hybrids are popular. Pick a ball and a layout that allows you to read the lane.

Balls 1 & 2 should read the lane earlier than you benchmark. These two should compliment each other.

Balls 4 & 5 should read the lane later than you benchmark. These two should also compliment each other.

Find a good particle pearl ball. This is the one type of ball that once I got it, I was able to use it on all conditions because of the smooth, controlled breakpoint. All the other balls you can choose, but I'd recommend getting a particle/pearl ball, such as the Storm Pyro if you could find one. I dont know of any others, but they're worth it for a good read on the lanes.

The five that I have cover pretty much everything ths that I have bowled on not sure about sport shot wise but I will when my league starts in the fall. I have a

jigsaw
sting
burn
onyx vibe
rayzr...........(getting next week)
spare ball

The burn could be switched with a acid based on what you want for a bench mark ball.
