I have developed a few bad habits over this summer, I really need help I am bending over at the line and now I am coming over the ball and tug ing to the left. Is there any drills or any thing to help keep my angle at the line more upright. I really focused on it the other day in practice and I was trying to hard and ended up tripping myself .

Please to clarify: Are you bending over at the waist and stretching your arm out? Or are you just bending over too far and overcompensating with your delivery? One thing you can try is to focus on a spot down lane with your head up, and then keep your head up during your delivery.

Sounds more like three different things happening here. No biggie,it's fixable.This is my,"OMG!!! Something's wrong but I don't know what" drill. Use your spare ball on this one to start.Next time you practice g...o v...e...r...y s...l...o...w...l...y. Nope,still too fast. Work on getting every piece of the swing where you want it. You'll get to where you can feel each part of the swing flowing into the next one. Once you're happy with it,start adding a touch more speed until you can switch back to the strike ball.

THANK YOU!!! for all of your help, Last night I slowed way down still not perfect but my accuracy and scores were better. for the past month in my PBA EX I was having a hard time hitting 150 spares were really bad, but last night I shot 175, 178, (137 need to change balls but to hard headed to make the switch) 223 (clean). All in All a good night for me and to end the HEll of PBA EX on a good note was nice.
