The good thing about Finger insert's they can be added after the fact. So if you like to try using the new stuff without insert's. It's the perfect time to see what you think.
I've kinda wonder about the interchangable thumb slugs. you could try them now and if you don't like them plug'em or stop using going forward.
As far as ball selection: I'd drop the Acid and keep the Jacked just don't think the difference is going to night and day different enough. Overall.
Might be better to spend that money on a Spare Ball, Shoe's or Ball Spinner.

If you decide to drop the finger inserts you'll have to figure out if you're going to use finger tape instead. Be a shame to drill the holes and find out you forgot to have the tape on your fingers when they measured them. Seen it happen.
I'll assume the Psycho is gonna do double duty as your spare ball. Otherwise ditch the Acid and buy a spare ball.
As far as the interchangeable thumb, from what I've seen guy's either love them or hate them. Try one ball with the thing and see how it goes, you can always add it easy enough to the rest later.
One last chunk off the Ol' Brainpan, with all these wholesale changes be ready for your game to go South for the winter until you get them all dialed in. Not sayin' it will happen, but I'd expect it. Don't freak if the Ol' average drops some. A lot of constructive practice time will fix that.

I agree with Rowdy I made a wholsale change in my game about 6 weeks ago new balls and a lot of other things. -am practceing a lot but still incansistent but its getting there and iam sure after a bit it will for you to.
Being retired thou I been rolling 50 to a 100 games of practice a week. Stick with what YoU belive in and have fun it a come. Bowling is a personal sport mostly imo trust what your doing
I found again last week you have to belve in yourself and what your trying to acomplish.

I use the interchangeable thumb. I just about have to due to thumb has tendancy to swell as the night goes on. I just switch sizes and it works GREAT for me. JMO

I deal with thumb swelling all the time. I have my thumb about a half size give or take and got used to adjusting with tape. Interchangeable thumbs are nice BUT I had one snap in a demo last year as I was going for a ten pin (thumb didn't release and forward momentum took me out on the lane.) It is a love hate relationship with interchangeable thumbs they are great as long as they don't break.

I've made those same changes and agree with most here except for ditching the acid.I love mine and would ditch the jacked because you have heavy oil locked up with the sting and jigsaw. As far as finger holes for me I liked inserts better because my fingers seem to shrink and swell by the hour just like my thumb.I liked the interchangeable thumb until it broke during a tournament and it was with my acid which was the only ball that gave me a decent look that day so from then on I stick to the regular thumb slug
