This ball is not alot of hook ,just enough flip ,and tons of HIT! In this day of monster hook this bal gives what you need .... not any more, I will drill a few of these for different looks . What a GREAT ball

Haven't heard anything myself. My Deal definately did not give me the reaction I was looking for which was skid/snap. Hammer states it's the biggest skid/snap ball in the line. It does get down the lane very well but the strong move to the pocket was absent. I've tried box, 1000 grit and repolished with Black Magic but no dice. 1000 grit was the best reaction but too "arcy" because of the surface. 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 is the drill. Other balls I have drilled this way give me a nice strong reaction. It's not burning up, just no hook.

IMHO,
The only problem with the DEAL now, is that they can't make enough to supply all the bowlers who want them. All my friends who have bought the DEAL are happy with it.
The only negative feedback I heard is that they thought the ball would hook more... I propose this question to them: what more important? more hook or more pins fall down... they all chose the latter.
it's the best DEAL you can get...

I drilled a deal and at the high roller did hear that they had some problems with the covers, and at first did not like mine at all, however i do not give up easy on anything and just tried to use it as much as possible. After the ball got a little play on it, I think it may be one of the best balls hammer has produced in a while, just need to get some play on it.
