Peronsal game sheet?

Does anyone know where I can find a sheet, printable maybe, to keep track of my by-frame scores? I am going to keep track of it all on my computer and use Excel to quickly figure out how my percentages are looking, such as strike %, spare %, % of single pin spars, multipin spare %, etc. So I basically need a sheet that breaks down each game into the ten frames, so I know what I got on all of the frames.

are you looking for something you can print out and then manually keep track of the scores. That is what I do and keep the pages in a 3 ring binder (very old school of me) and then compile the stats on an excel sheet. I keep track of strike%, split %, average pins on first toss, spare %, 1 pin % of course ave, etc for each ball.
