you would need to use a spinner, I am sure he wasn't talking about the polishing machines that are in every alley for the last 20 years.

Hand polishing makes it alot hard to get very shine, but you can do it. Was kind of a intermediate... between dull and total mirror shine, that come from the machine polishing. Slightly more lengthen.
