I saw this ball on Ebay, and I must say, I am no expert, but I have NEVER seen a ball drilled thru any kind of insignia. Doesn't this defeat all of the purpose of the pin and cg? I am majorly confused.

I can't tell the pin placement by the pic... that's strange, but maybe it's an X-out or something that had a weird pin placement. That's really the only reason to drill it through the label. Otherwise, maybe the bowler had a strange delivery that required the ball to do something funky. This is all discounting driller error, of course.

I had one of my turbo diesels drilled to where part of the logo had my thumb stuck in it. I had to drill a weight hole and would expect you did also with the ball pictured.

I just want to know where this pin and cg is respective to the grip.

actually now that i thinhk of it, my dad bowled with a guy who had a crazy drilling because he topped the ball really bad. maybe that's a possible explanation???

This looks like a 10 3/8" fullroller drilling.
