Anyone have any information for me to keep a better grip on my ball? I bought a roll of Ebonite tape, and i put them on thumb and both inserted fingers, but i seem to have the thumb still slip out. I have wet the tape with my mouth at approach, works for awhile, then too tight. I have major trouble getting a good grip! I also use a wrist support, it is an ebonite glove. Btw,i have the Black widow now , but no improvement on pins ....getting frustrated with the average...going downhill in a hurry !

I'd suggest getting your hand re-measured. Sounds like you may have too much reverse pitch for your thumb hole or possibly too much span. The ball should not fall off of your hand.

Your ball should release from your hand easily, but not to the point where you have to squeeze it.

thumb pitch may be off.... have your pitch re-checked
