What color grips do you have in your BLACK WIDOW?

I have mine blacked out!!! Black fingertips and black slug. Kinda confusing, but man does it look mean!

I already know... I alway put two different colors in, some poeple make fun of me "Don't know which finger to put in which hole?" (I don't use anything for my thumb. Anways, middle is always white... and the ring is always an accent color, or in this case, it will be red.

P.S...... I can't believe I beat BlackWidow95 at replying to this....

BTW, doesn't your thumb get sticky from the coverstock? I tried using nothing in my Rage and had to get an insert put in because the coverstock was stickig to my skin.

I think he has some sort of notification system hooked up to his account, so that when someone posts about the black widow, it sends him a PM on the board, an email, a text message, calls his house and his cell, and alert his OnStar about it. Plus it pages him over the intercom at work.

I've never had a problem with my thumb... but I haven't shot with my BW yet, I'm getting it drilled tomorrow =)

mine is coming in on friday, and WILL go with joshs combo of one white one red. sounds like it looks nice, and i think the double red is played out :p every widow i see at my house is red red red red red red red, so its either white/red or white/white no thumb

I'd have to say that the white/red combo would probably look sweet. I have seen the red/red/red and it doesn't look too good. I decided on the black out because I hadn't seen it and didn't care if I could see my revs or not.

I have Orange Finger grips and nothing in the thumb(not comfy.)

I can see your point, but I know how I throw the ball and I know how it reacts at my house. Alot of people put alot of stock in "reading" their ball down the lane. I, for one, believe consistancy is key. Hit your mark, consistant backswing and consistant release.

I agree. I follow my ball down but if I hit that 2nd arrow I know its gonna be in the pocket no matter what (if ball speed is close). I do follow where the ball breaks but i think its redundant if you hit your first mark b/c the ball is most likely gonna break in the same spot if you find your mark close to the foul line. if you keep a consistant watch on your break point then I feel that you will be fiddling with your early mark more often in which will cause more errant shots.

Black finger inserts, no thumb insert. Makes it hard to see the rotation, but I can see that nasty red spider revving up, especially when it hits beakpoint!

BUT YOU CAN HIT THE SAME MARK AT ARROW,BUT DIFFERENT ANGLE AND BE LITTLE RIGHT OF OIL AND HIT MORE FRICTION AND AND ROLL EARLY AND COME IN HIGH OR WEAK BECAUSE YOU BURNED UP ENERGY,LOOKS LIKE IN POCKET,BUT YOU LEAVE SPLIT OR 10 OR 7, ETC........:eek: http://www.bowl4fun.com/ron/tip19.htm
