I was thinking of getting some.. Also, I wanna know if the Ebonite Powerhouse Energizer is better than Black Magic Rejuvenator(orange label)?? I am almost out of Black Magic Rejuvenator, so I just wanna get some opinions..
Black Magic Rejuvenator has worked fairly well for me, but I just thought I would get some opinions..
Also, I hear some people use Track Clean N' Dull after like 3 sets of bowling or 10-20 games and it restores the ball to its OOB condition!!

I can only give you my opinion on Clean and Dull. It's all I ever use. I clean my stuff after everytime it hits the lane. There will come a time you still may need to give a bath, but other than that, Clean and Dull is the way to go.
I use a spinner when cleaning

Plan on getting a spinner soon myself.
1. IMHO Black Magic Rejuvenator works better than the Powerhouse regular and Energizer.
2. Clean N' Dull lives up to the hype, it works really well. I use it once a week. Side note...I read CnD is going away and being replaced by Clean N Tacky. It's supposedly the same product.
3. Man do I want a ball spinner! I've made a bet with myself to buy one when the next time I cash in a tournament. A little internal motivation

My gut instinct was telling me to just use Clean N' Dull(or tacky) after every use.. Problem is I don't have a spinner(not yet).. So Clean N' Dull after every use will keep my ball hooking and reacting the same, huh?? Can I apply it affectively without a spinner?

Question.. Why do you use the Awesome Revs and Weapon of Mass for tourneys?? Does the Widow not do well in tourneys?? I am just curious(sorry I am off subject on my own thread)..

It's cool, in short they give me a different look. Grayfin asked me the same question and here is the response I wrote then.
Well...
Months back, I decided I needed to add a heavy oil to my arsenal. I didn't want to pay full price for a 'Zilla or NM since I don't see heavy oil in league and this ball wouldn't see much use.
I picked up a WMB from BB.com for a closeout price. It's a heavy load particle ball, Morich's top ball a few years back. All the reviews I read said, in heavy oil this ball is smooth as butter. Easy to control with a nice smooth arc amd great carry. So far I have to agree this a great ball. I've cashed in tournaments with it.
At a tournament last month my line dried up and I needed to put the WMB in the bag. (I'm still working on my inside game) My BW was the next ball out but it wasn't a smooth transition. I decided to get a second WMB and polish it but my pro recommended the Revs with the same drill. He said the cores are basically the same so the balls shape should be very similar. I didn't have a particle pearl so I went with it.
Now the happy ending...
I have a four ball roller and a two ball tote. For league I bring the roller, usually with the 3 hammers and spare ball, although the Revs has snuck in there a few times. For tournaments bring all six and see what give me the best look.
I can go WMB then Revs or BW then Toxic.
Sorry for the long response.

Thanks for clarifying that.. I was just wondering!!
I like the Hammer/Morich combination. Hopefully one day I'll be able to make a video throwing all my gear to highlight the differences.

Get a camcorder, or borrow someones and do it.. That'd be pretty cool, especially if its something you want to do!!

Sure... just takes a little more time. Follow the label directions. The only different thing I do without the spinner is after you let it haze off, whipe it with a damp clean cloth,(with water) then dry it with another clean cloth.
With the spinner, I can clean all 4 balls in the time it used to take me to do 1! If you have the spare cash, it's well worth the money.

I need a spinner too.... I think I'm going to take my push mower and turn it upside down. Take the blade off and replace it with a thick plastic bowl just big enough for my ball to sit on top of and let it rip...:D

Clean and dull is great product. I have a bottle right here next to me as I type out this email. I used it before I bowled my 300 a few weeks ago. I have another bottle in my bag.

I've seen homemade spinners on the net before but have never paid attention to how they were built. I don't know what rpm they spin at either. Electric mower motor may work, who knows.

Be careful with that stuff. If it leaks, it'll eat everything it touches. I put a rag on top of my computer tower, and it looks like what a plastic worm does to a tackle box!!!!!

Ouch! How do you apply cleaners when using a spinner, to the ball or rag? What do you use for a rag, paper towel, cloth towel or microfiber towel.
