Today was my last day for the junior league that I bowl in. I will be moving into the adult leagues in the summer.

My team finished in second place. That is the first time in a few years that we did not win 1st. I did have the highest average (191), highest game (278), and highest series (705). I finished pretty well. I shot a 231, 193, and a 209, for a 633 series. I was throwing my BW the whole day, aside from a couple frames I threw my Doom.

We have 4 weeks left. I have to be in a slump now. Two sub-500 series in a row.

Thanks. Well, I might not be out of juniors yet. I may have qualified for the state finals of the Chicagoland youth singles tournament.

I get in those slumps sometimes. Just keep positive. If you get an open or two in a row, don't get frustrated. Just forget about it and throw the ball.

Thanks, i bowled horrible again. A 437. My average is a 147 but i always shoot over 500. I got mad yesterday. An experience bowler there told me that my timing was off and helped a ton. Too bad the last game i was throwing too slow and left 2 pocket 7-10's in a row.

Cool. Keep at it. Eventually you will find your problem and fix it. A few months ago I had a problem with pulling with ball. All I did was alter the way I held the ball at the start of my approach, and it fixed the problem I had.

I have about 4 or 5 more weeks left in my juniors league. I am currently the highest average (200), highest series (750) and 2nd with highes game (268). I'm hoping to get that highest game so i can take the clean sweep. I will be doing at least 2 adult leagues in the summer and they start in mid may. Can't wait!

Keep shooting for it. You still have plenty of time left to get that high game.

I'm 14. bowling in my first teen masters this year. Average not good enough for JG yet. Next year. I want to bowl collegietely and then try for the PBA. I'm a year behind everyone in school. Just wondering, do you know if most pro's have degrees and do u think it is a good thing to get a degree or just go into the PBA.

I am 18. I plan on trying to get on the PBA tour somehow within the next 5 years. I don't know how to go about it though.

Are you going to bowl Collegietely. If you are, wait until you are out of college to get your PBA card. Then just bowl some regionals. Then maybe try a pba event in your area through the TQR.

I would. But I don't think the college that I'm gonna go to has a bowling team. :(

You might want to maybe try and go to a different country that bowling is in. It doesn't even have to be the U.S.A. There has to be other countrys that you can go far in.

I'm 18 and i haven't bowled in ang JG or teen masters. I will be bowling for Robert Morris University next year. I have practiced with the team and basically been told that I will be on the starting 5. I bowl regularly with the team Captain and Team Junior USA members Jason Wunderlich and Tim Pfeifer both from Robert Morris university. I plan on waiting until i am out of college to join the PBA.

Over the summer, you might want to do a sport league to get used to the patterns that you will play on druing college.

I'm debating whether or not to do the PBA experience league at my house. The only thing i'm not liking is that its $20 a week. It is doubles also.
