what should i get??

I throw my ball down the right gutter and it hooks at the end and hits the pocket perfect...any sugestions on what ball i should get???:confused:

That's REAL close to the line I throw (I aim @ the outside arrow).
I have a Black Widow with the pin 5" from the CG drilled skid/flip and couldn't be happier

You should be a little more specific. What is your speed, what are the lanes like as far as oil and some things like that.:cool:

i currently use a ebonite vortex i think its the first one made like they made the v2 but i think its the first one)...the oil condition is dry since i bowl down the 1-5 board.....my ball speed is moderate not to fast not to slow just right i think

I think the No Mercy #3 or #4 drilling pattern might suit you with your Goldie Locks style (Not too hot or cold, not too soft or hard). With any ball I think you could play that line so long as you did not "hit it" too much with your hand and have the pin above the fingers. IMO:cool:

i really "hit" my ball and my toxic hooks.. but i no for a fact if i didnt hit it that much i could play that line

You can always adjust to whatever ball you get and you might be able to get away from the gutter.. I'm a cranker and normal you see crankers crossing almost all the boards on the lanes.... yes i do that but i can always play down the board 2-3 board etc, now when you can almost have the whole lane to bowl on, and when you come across a different oil pattern, you are going to have more of a chance to win or make the cut of a big tournament, my thoughts anyway

i would have you are shotting down the boards to get a toxic or a doom, seems they can go very long

mine used does the same thing- but i have the hammer no mercy - it doesnt do it anymore - well since i've been getting coached - before that i used to twist the ball and it would hook alot but when it came to spares it was hell.

i throw the same line and absolutely love my toxic but also dont forget about the vibe.........my blue vibe works absolutely perfect for dry stuff on the outside considering i play that same exact line....throw right up the 5 board and call it good and let the vibe or toxic do its work for me. but also if you want a ball with just a tad bit less hook than the vibe i would go with the crossfire if you can find one. that ball is still my favorite ball so i would go vibe or crossfire. toxic is alittle too much for dry lanes

I agree with crusher the doom or toxic would be a good ball to play straight up with or maybe even the cherry vibe.

Any Hammer will get the job done as long as you get it drilled right. It all depends on what you want the ball to do for you.

I would probably not say to get the Doom or Toxic though. The reason is, because that is what everyone told me and I got a Doom and even though I love it, it does not go down the right easily and into the pocket. The smallest line I get to play is stand at 20 and shoot for 12. I got it drilled for aggressive length though, so maybe I could be wrong.

BTW, I think he would looovvee the cherry vibe. I have seen it rolled by strokers, and they love it.

Yea but you have it drilled aggressive if he got it drilled weak or just a length drilling with not much snap on the back he should be fine.
