:( got a question my toxic is broke!!! i was bowling at a new house and i threw my toxic and when it came out of the ball return had a crack all the way across the ball!! i took it to the pro shop at the house and they told me that the crack wasnt all the way through and that it was fine. I told them they better fix it and they told me to take them to court. Should i? the ball was only 2 weeks old?

Talk to the manager/owner, most bowling centers replace or try to fix damages made to balls. Its not like it is rare for a ball to be damaged in the return. Plus the toxic is one of the lower priced balls, they should be happy its not the no mercy/ widow.

take it to where you bought it. As long as the crack is not part of the finger inserts than you can probably get it replaced.

exactly!, if the ball actually cracked, then it is a defect in the ball most likely. Sometime a ball will get stuck in the ball return and the coverstock will get worked over, but a crack is a defect in the ball and happens more often when it is exposed to extremes in temperatures <40 or >100 or in environments where the temps fluctuate.
Your proshop will replace it and should cover the drilling too,

Remember how this place treated you. Oh, yeah and tell everyone you know. :D Believe what he said, wow we think your great will you give us some of that word of mouth advertising we hear so much about. ;)
What is the name of that place? So we can all stay away, from this fine alley.
