I am curious because there is a adult league next year on Tuesday nights that I want to do, and there is also a junior league on Saturdays next year that I want to do also. My question is if it's ok to do junior and adult leagues at the same time? Also how old do you have to be until you can't compete in junior leagues anymore?

Nope. Once you move to adults that's it.

Yeah, i'm going to adult leagues this summer and then collegeiate bowling next yr. You either have to be in juniors only or adults only and not able to jump back and forth.

you can, there is some waiver you have to sign, and you cant get any cash prize, or prizes worth over a certain amount of money, so you could get prolly get a plaque or trophy, dont think either would go over the limit.

You can do adult leagues only if there is no money involved. Except Singles leagues where you sign a waiver where any money is placed into SMART or up to 500 is used in the proshop etc. see http://www.bowl.com/highschool/awardsEligibility.aspx and http://www.bowl.com/rules/rule400.aspx
If the league has more than one bowler per team and a prize fund, you can't participate in the league as a youth member, that would be a violation of USBC Rule 400

Thanks for the help. Here are the exact details of how things could happen. I would be bowling in a adult league in Illinois, and I would be bowling in a youth league in Indiana. Both leagues have teams of no more than 5 bowlers per team. I'm not sure if the adult league gives prize money.
I just thought I would tell you guys exactly what I thought about doing.
