I am planning on getting a new ball and I can't decide between a Toxic or a No Mercy. Can anyone give me some pros and cons on both balls?

My advise is to take lane conditions into consideration on this purchase

I was thinking along the same lines on my last purchase and bought the Toxic as it fits my lane conditions better than the NM would

If you are playing on heavier oiled lanes...NM would be the best choice..

well where i bowl they oil the lanes sometimes and don't other times but normally they are dry so which one would be more suitable for dryer lanes

That would be the Toxic.

Toxic out of ur two choices. The Purple vibe might be a better choice though. The toxic has been known to hook a lot.

The No Mercy hits like a truck. There are like 9 recommended drilling patterns for it. Then there is the HART thing that can be in various positions giving you like 3 times more choices of drilling patterns. Thus, drilling pattern 3 or 4 would be good for drier conditions.

But, when I had my No Mercy drilled the way I liked the best it was #1 max hook. Definitely not for the drier conditions.

So. Blah, blah, blah ..... get the Toxic. The Toxic is a kick ass ball for medium condtions!

NM rocks, but I miss my pain. The pain is a great ball too for what you need.
But isnt it all about surface and angle?
