Black Widow Spare Ball
I assume they will be releasing some time after bowl expo.
Dont know the details on the balls just caught wind of the names.
If the balls are like the other ones in their line im sure they will be good.

Unfair and spare are for foreign markets from what I have been told (might be wrong) and I really haven't heard that much about the new Vibe, new raw hammer and new no mercy actually, just heard them mentioned. but, yes, bowl expo is what they are waiting for. I have heard from a good source the black widow pearls have been in production and many are just sitting there in KY waiting to be shipped.

Ok, I am only going to say this one more time. Brian Graham told me personally in an email about 2 or 3 months ago that they had no plans on releasing the Black Widow Spare in the US.

That stinks because u can then have a full bw line-up. BW sanded for heavier oil, bw pearl for lighter, bw spare, guess what that is for.

I reckon that's a bit short-sighted if that's the case. Why not release a ball that you know people will buy? Mad. Or maybe they're hoping people will buy the Tuff - a horrible looking ball with a horrid misspelt name and even worse logo. Bah!

They discontinued the Tuff I heard. So maybe they will change their minds and release the Black Widow Spare in the US. Who knows? I'm sure they will have some new spare ball at ball expo. As much as I would love to have a Black Widow Spare, I don't think it will happen.

I heard that they are going to stop making hammer spares. But that's just what i heard

I've heard the new Vibe will be red but that's about it.

My pro has me written down for the BW Pearl already.. He said right when they can go on the shelves he promises I will be the first in the house to have it.. I CAN'T WAIT!!

I have heard they aren't making spare balls anymore and in fact between hammer, ebonite, track and columbia which of course everyone knows is owned by the same people, they are each going to have smaller lines of balls, all the balls will be made out of Kentucky as the plant in san antonio where they used to make columbia and track has been closed and had the manufacturing equipment moved to kentucky.
personally I am getting a BW pearl and the new vibe, I do wish the bw spare would be sold here.

talking to a pro shop owner today... saying he has got the new Total Nv!
i asked him what coverstock etc it has on it and well he wouldnt tell me due to the ebonite rule etc, due out in 2 weeks apprently!!

I believe it is called the "Absolute One".

I think you might have something mixed up. AFAIK the "one" and the "nv" lines are separate. Kind of like Hammer with the no mercy and black widow.
Over on br.com, there has been discussion on the future of the one line. The rumor is there will be another one, but it's all speculation until Bowl expo.
As for my predicted purchases, I'm well covered on the heavy end. I see myself with a BW Pearl and possibly a NM pearl if one is released. I'm sure it's overkill to have both, but one I'm a ball hog, and two I could drill the BWP to s/s and the NMP to arc. There, I conviced myself and the balls aren't even out yet...:D
However this my relegate my Toxic to closet storage or ebay. :rolleyes:

Doesn't make much sense to me that they would come out with only pearl/polished balls. Would be nice, I get better ball reaction with my power machine and its polished particle. Or is the unfair sanded?

i would be lining up to get a dryer lane verison of the one.... gosh i love mine:D still not as good as my sling blade tho

I am saving up my money so i can get a new drier lane ball to replace the 3-d offset. I also need a new spare. I am going to wait for the new releases though. I hope the bw pearl won't be that much money.

i wouldnt wait for a new spare ball... i dont see hammer releasing something like the everclear again dont get me wrong tho it would be good..

No well i am going to get a spare from any company but i want to wait until i get my dryer lane also. Save money on tax.

I believe it is called the "Absolute One".
The Absolute One is an overseas version of the Infinite One. I was told that they were done with the One balls but if they do decided to come out with another "One" I think it should be something for Light Oil or Medium Oil that's more about midlane than length.
I haven't heard much yet about the new NV, a few speculations that it's going to be a solid reactive ball. The one thing I notice about Ebonite is that I don't remember a time when they made ball that's particle pearl. Most of their stuff has been mainly pearl or solid reactive (and a solid particle here and there). I would like them to surprise me with a NV particle pearl or hybrid ball. That will certainly get my attention. Black Widow Pearl has already gotten mine.

Here is my take on what we may see, this is all my speculation.
These are the lines we will see something.
No Mercy and Black Widow: Both to new, not to have something by September.
Raw Hammer: Most of the Hammer lines dont get killed in three balls
Apply same logic to Vibe.
No Mercy: Two overseas release have been Pearl... Whatever they release in this line will be in my bag.
Black Widow: Has lots of people wanting a Pearl
Raw: Something dull, maybe
Vibe: Another ball that does not get any respect.
Been hoping for a Spare No Mercy. If they release anything else, wont care to buy it.
