Has anyone else had a problem with this bag? I have a customer that had the bottom handle break.

Did you send the bag back? It should be covered by warranty.
I have had only 1 small problem, and that is mostly user error.

I have occasionally turned too sharply and the bag will tip to the side. Well if walking at any kind of speed you will drag the bag on it's side for a second. The upper ball compartment drags and it wears the material on the pouch.

My suggestion: Put a heavy rubber strip around the upper pouch so that it wears and protects the pouch itself.

Yes it was sent back and replaced with no problem at all. I have never had a problem with Hammer/Ebomite honoring any warranty. I have had bridges crack out and finger holes crack around inserts and they have replaced the ball/bag no questions asked.
