hi, i'm looking to upgrade my equipment at the end of the current league season and several hammer balls kinda caught my eye.
if i was to go with something like this (listed from most aggressive to least aggressive) would this be a good combo? do these balls compliment each other? will they give me a good array of balls to cover different lane conditions?
big deal---->>raw doom---->>pure hammer---->>undetermined plastic ball for spares
thanks in advance for any replies.

Every ball I have ever purchased has been a hammer, I love them all except one, the pure hammer never lived up to my expectations. I use the Vibe when lanes dry out. Other than that, the doom is a great idea, I like the idea of the Road Hawg until the Hawg Zilla comes out for your situation if you are limited to 3 balls and can only chose from those readily available.
The Big Deal is shorter and more arcing than the Doom, and handles oil a bit better. Both handle carrydown relatively well. Both are very powerful balls. I have 2 Big Deals and a Doom, and I like them both. The Doom is very skid/flippy and has quite a lot of backend, while the Big Deal is smoother. If you're looking for heavy/medium/light, the consensus would probably be Road Hawg, Doom, Vibe. The Deals and Diesels are discontinued. There are several balls coming out this summer as well, so it might be worth waiting to see what they are and what they do.

Well, I use both Big Deal and Pure Hammer and they haven't let me down. If you were to chose those two, i don't think they would let you down for a 10 pin and a pick-up!
