My PBA Experience Average is 169 so far dropped 3 pins last thursday. We can use this thread for everyone to keep their PBA Experience Averages updated on . Thanks.

I feel the average on these patterns we are facing for the first time is too sensitive at this point. We are all new to this.

Okay I'll play along...

My book avg is 187 so sport adjusted it's 171

Week 1 - Cheetah 153 170 167= 163 avg
Week 2 - Cheetah 148 158 144= 150 avg (ouch!)
Week 3 - Cheetah 169 199 115= 161 avg
cheetah avg= 158.1

Right now i'm averaging a 176.5 in my league after 2 weeks. Here is what the rest of my league is doing...

Prior to tonight's mess that I put up, I was at 156 (32 pins below my book average of 188).

I didn't want to believe that people generally average about 30 pins below their book average, but I'm seeing it pretty consistently across the boards in my PBA Experience league. We are not seeing a lot of 200 games in our league. We have a good number of 220 plus bowlers who are now averaging in the 170-180's range.

Tonight was horrible for me. Four games and didn't even break 600. Wow. I was missing spares left and right and not hitting the pocket much. We bowled on Scorpion tonight. My mechanics were more to blame than the conditions though. Eh, I just need to toss tonight's debacle and focus on the next time I bowl, which is in a few weeks. I go on travel for a couple of weeks and will not be bowling. It's golf time!!!

After 4 weeks my average is 174

Week 1 - Cheetah 153 170 167= 163 avg
Week 2 - Cheetah 148 158 144= 150 avg (-0.1 vs league avg)
Week 3 - Cheetah 169 199 115= 161 avg (+10.2)
cheetah avg= 158.1

Week 4- Shark 140 173 167= 160 avg (+7.7)
Week 5- Shark 158 178 161= 165.7 (+9.4)
shark avg = 162.9

league avg = 159.9 (+4.9)

League 2- Scratch Singles
Week 1- Shark 175 145 162 180 = 165.5
shark avg = 165.5
league avg = 165.5
