i am a lil bit bored so i am goin to do this
today 2 ppl from these forums MiSs HoT pAnTs (Cassy) and me went to bowl in the TQI Masters, with Cassy using a Hawg and me using my Razor Blade, Switch Blade and my Black Ice, we Both took out the divisions we were bowling in, Cassy was Bowling in the U21 Girls Scartch, ( i dont know what average cassy shot), while i bowled in the U21 Graded Boys(me gone back to back now:) ) i bowled a 185 scartch average. i just wanna say congrats to cassy for a great come back she had from the 1st and 2nd game i think it was.

This was the last thing i expected to see on here Brettles...well bowled to you and I'm not mentioning what i averaged because it was horrid...but apparently i cried after the first block because i started bad...well at least thats what i hear...i mustn't have known i was crying hahaha:cool: :D :p :rolleyes:

This was the last thing i expected to see on here Brettles...well bowled to you and I'm not mentioning what i averaged because it was horrid...but apparently i cried after the first block because i started bad...well at least thats what i hear...i mustn't have known i was crying hahaha:cool: :D :p :rolleyes:
i dnt think u cried, maybe it was all the sweat from trying to figure out lane 1 and 2 those lanes were shocking.

Actually it wasnt that there was a problem with the oiling pattern but that the lanes are due for repair and resurfacing. The varnish on the lanes had lifted up and caused a huge sticky mess on the lanes. When the balls rolled over it it made a sound like ripping velcro apart.

I dont know how it happened there but it happened at another centre i bowled at an i was good friends with the tech and he told me that it can happen from various things such as cheap oil, cheap varnish, temperature problems in the bowl which happens when the a/c breaks down for long periods, moisture in the boards which affects the varnish or apparently over oiling. I tell ya what tho when ya ball comes back with what they call friction burns which are like white marks because of it you tend to not really care bout how you bowl but more or less pick up a house ball.

oh really? thats just strange, i know id pick up a house ball if that started happening to my ball... makes sense really...
