Rocafella_soldier, thnx for the info on the ball. it sounds pretty good so far. from the picture, the coverstock almost looks like the overtime from ebonite. i think a road hawg, black widow, and hawg-zilla would be a great 3 ball arsenal. what does everyone else think?

bowlingball.com states a release date of july 15th. that is even better. i also liked the comparisons between hawg-zilla, rh, hw, and the original hawg. it looks like hawg-zilla gets down the lane well in the wet and still makes a great turn. i cannot wait!!!! :eek: :D

All the info i know about the Hawg Zilla is that it's a reactive coverstock and come in the color purple/red. weights are 12-16.

This is the actual color of the ball. I've seen it already. The day before memorial day I saw it.

I'm not a big fan of the colors of the hawg zilla, but is has a better cover than the black widow. Wonder if I can have it painted a different color by someone after I recieve it.

Well I'm serious that I don't like the color of the hawg zilla, I hate purple and pink colors, but the coverstock and it would be a perfect match for the black widow in my bag would be the only reasons why I would ignore the purple in the paint design of it.

I have seen a few places (like west coast customs for instance) that have painted bowling balls for customers. And they looked damn good 2.
