The only thing that I see right off hand that I do different is I try to keep my back foot down, it helps keep my shoulder up. But a lot of people have great success dropping their shoulder, so who knows.

Is it just me or are you not using your thumb (not putting it in the thumb hole)?

Now that I watch it again, it's really hard to tell on my crappy monitor, I think it's made by Etch-A-Sketch.

It's hard to do, even with an extra person. I've tried and failed several times. I think a higher point of view helps.

Side views can be good also.
You might try get your non-bowling arm out earlier, this will provide more balance at the line and through out your approach.
When you start your ball, it moves upward... this uses extra energy.
You look very closed through out your entire approach, try bring your right foot even with your left foot. It is perferred that you keep both feet close together, next to each other.
Are you looking to add ball speed?
By the way your arm swing look free, and your follow through was good also..
Hope this helps.

If you are looking for more speed, try holding the ball higher.

Will agree to an extent, but he really needs to work on his back swing.

I will work on the arm thing, i know that alot of times i do kind of i guess you could say i fall out of my shot kind of. . .
The upwards thing i actually got from Billy Oatman, haha, but people have told me i should stop that.
The closed thing i am a little confused on, you mean i should keep my feet closer when i approach or just when i start?
Yea, as far as my swing i feel pretty good about it, i do need to add ball speed but i am really not sure how, like i said i am around 12-13 and i would like to be more around 14-15.
Thanks for the feedback!

The upwards thing is done my many bowlers...
As far as more speed, bring your swing more in front of your body, maybe tuck your elbow inside of your body. This will cause you ball to swing slightly wide in the backward motion of the swing, but it will comeback in, this is called the pro groove. This will get your ball higher in the backswing, thus creating more speed.
Not sure that your are closed for sure at line after looking at video, after looking at the video again. Maybe this will help you understand what I'm talking about. Open is when you shoulders are facing your target, closed would be more parallel to the foul line.

looking at your video ( sorry but its not real clear ), but my suggestion is to work on your focus, I couldn't make out the marks on the lane for true measurements, but it appears you miss your target by as much as 5 boards (one whole arrow)...If you kept the ball around the 20th board, you hit well, when you swing the ball out it didn't make it back. I like the hints others have about your swing, etc all great stuff, but lets not forget being accurate. I didn't see a corner pin shot from you this video or even one spare. Also, let me go out on a limb here, not being there to see or knowing anything about those lane conditions, you might be playing the lanes wrong. (now this is just from your little video, with no input on lane conditions). I do believe if we were to move you feet 10 boards to the right and your mark to lets say the 12 board area, you might see better pin fall. (of course how are the lanes dressed? I might be totally wrong) Its just that you are playing the lanes as a cranker and you appear to be a tweener in style (maybe heavy end tweener), but it could also be the lanes and the ball (its drilling) that misleading me. If you have the time try the move see if it helps you get to the pocket more consistently, if high move left a board, remember for everyboard you change with your feet = 2 board change on back end...good rule of thumb. Like I said you cna try the move, it might help, but the main thing is being more accurate with your shots....good luck
