I love my job!

Anybody else love their job?

I got to bowl on the clock (again) today....

US Open Pattern (50 ft., flat oil, gutter to gutter)on lanes 1-2.....

Time to practice breakpoint control, for those who don't know, I plan on bowling pretty well at Nationals in June. (I do know it is 11 months away, by the way).

Struggled in games 1-4....only averaging around 190 just couldn't carry.

Games 5 & 6, well were good. Game 5, left 10 pin first frame and went off the sheet for 290. Game 6, started with front 11, and then you guessed it, that's right 10 pin.

But I can honestly say I love my new Cherry Vibe (played straight up 8, abralon down to 500). No over under, killed the pins...after I got some games on it, it rolled up well.

U do know that the U.S. Open pattern is 40 ft right, not 50.

Hehe, I love my job too! I work at a local house. Not as forgiving with sport patterns, really have to press the owner about them. He doesn't like to do them, and for a good reason why, he doesn't enter them correctly into the oiling machine's computer.

A friend and I were practicing for the Nationals and he said that he put in a 35 ft sport pattern. Needless to say, he put it in as a 55 ft pattern, dead, flat oil. No movement whatsoever, and then he tries to say that is what a sport pattern is...

Grrrrr...

But, on the wayside, I do love working there:p

I've seen him "work",if you want to call it that!:D VERY cushy job!!Except for the part where he had to drill all those balls for a couple of days.When the BWP came out.And then there's the people who want a cheap ball to be drilled and perform like a BW or NM.Oh yeah,he WORKS all right.Works his ass off to make sure you're ready to go,every time.Thanx,Dude.We couldn't do it without you.
