Anger/Pain

Hey

What's the difference in performance (for want of a better word) between the Anger and the Pain? Both have similar RG and Diff figures and the blurb on both indicate they're for med/heavy conditions.

Anyone here got both and if so, how do they compare.

Ya I have both. The Anger has a very similar move and shape as the Pain but it’s more aggressive, in both the midlane and backend. The Anger is a perfect replacement for the Pain and creates more separation between it and the Doom. The Anger is deffinatly more suited to the heavier side of oil than the Pain. The RG and Diff numbers are slightly different from each other as well as the cores.

If you had them drilled the same and in OOB, you could start with the Anger and finish with the Pain and probably be on the same line.

i've also got both and agree with bluerrpilot. if the lanes are freshly or heavily oiled i can start with the anger and play a more inside line, usually standing five boards left of center aiming for second arrow. with the pain i'm usually around center dot but also aiming around second arrow. like both balls very very much and would be lost without them. used my pain for about 120 games between my two leagues last year and averaged around 221 in those games. finishe my leagues with 211 and 213 averages.
