Tonights is the first night of my first real league, last year i bowled in a fun league with a bunch of friends and this league is a serious mens league with 3 people i have never met before!

Awsomeness, this year I am on my first sanctioned league. This league that I am in is also being took seriously. I am on the team with a 3 people that I don't know but I joined it cus it's sanctioned. Hope you're league go's well bowl some 280's.

Both of you go into the league with a cool head. Relax, stay focused, don't be nervous and don't try to impress the guiy's you don't know. Being yourself and playing your own game will do all the impressing without you even trying to do so.

Yea guys like bubba said just stay loose and dont let anyone intimidate you. When I first went from a junior league to a mens league I was very nervous and I had my highest series at the time which was 620 so sometimes the nervousness that you have actually helps you make the right shot and really concentrate and think about every little thing. Just go out there and have fun with it. Good luck guys!
