both of them ball would be good for a down the line shot, i had a red pearl but always wanted a blue pearl, there good for dry lanes or tighter angles
think u should give them a chance may take u a while to adjust to no reactives but ideal for dry or down the line shots

300 with the blue pearl is my guess!!!! down the line shot!!

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about. Good looking balls - see what you mean about the red one looking a bit like a BWP. The Blue one looks like a cross between one of my old White Dots and a Storm ball a buddy of mine has. Don't know what it's called though. Blue Hot possibly.

Post how you go with them - a lot of older stuff has heaps of life left in it.

Rowdy got one of the blue ones at one of the lanes we bowl at. Think its an old blue Pearl. Gonna get it fixed up for him. but I will try to get some pics and put them up.(Haven't quite got the hang of it yet).Hope its the same on. The manager wouldn't let me pay. But the ball is in great shape. Will let you know.

i got them for free off this old guy who throws brunswick zones now... he knew all bowls mostly all hammer... so yeah... thinking... i should give one to rocky... seems she is my bestfriend.... but then... i might give her my toxic now:confused: (i dont like the toxic for some reason)... i dont know....

Found an old black and blue one,have no idea what it is,except that it's a Hammer Faball. This thing has nicks and dings all over it. But I'm gonna save and restore it back as close to new as I can. I'll roll some with it to see what it'll do. If it doesn't work for me I'll just put it up and look at it. Good Luck with yours,Brett

Brett, dont give up on the Toxic, ask Slap about it. He had surface adjustment problems, couldnt get what he was looking for and he finally found it, spend some time getting to know what you want out of it, and why it isnt doing what you want.

well i did bowl them 2 handed, thumbs were too small.....(i can still hook a ball 1 handed if i wanted to)

are they were VERY nice hooking balls... didnt hook much at all, oil was meduim and length around 38ft maybe... i put the thumbs into be plugged last night... not going to be able to get them drilled for awhile tho... i'm travelling to a bowling tournament soon:).... give me maybe 2 -3 weeks and they will be drlled...:)

I love my blue pearl. It hits excellent on the shot i was using it on. One thing that got me mad was that first good pocket shot was an 8 pin. The thing that got me mad was because you could see the ball deflect quite a bit, i changed the angle and carried better.

Exactly that...control. Banana arc that gets into a good roll and BOOM into the pocket. Stand on 20, put it on the 10...its like magic..lol
