The BW is a heavy oil ball, BWP could also be used in heavy oil but I find is best in medium-heavy oil. Good job on getting that tuff, I couldn't find one around and ended up getting my skull ball.

If you want a heavy oil ball go with either the No Mercy Beat'n or the Raw Anger. Or adjust the surface on the BW to accomodate the heavy oil.

If you want something that is for really heavy oil, go with a Anger. That way you will have a heavy oil ball that breaks a bit sooner than the Black Widow.

Hi all, I got the tuff off of ebay through allstar bowling.:D and thanks for all the replies. now for reference i have bw drilled aggressive and it is used oob finish. i am a tweener bowler and it work best for me with med-slighty heavy oil. if oil is real heavy it just slides almost to end of lane.:o

It sounds about right. Really BW is medium heavy. In my opinion, BW should not be used on heavy unless you do not have another ball for it.
As for a heavy oil ball, go with Anger, great hook for a great price. Cant go wrong saving 50-60 bucks on a heavy oil ball. That is unless you absolutely need backend.
