Hi everyone ,, just want to say im new to the forum . LOL Well actually i have just got back into bowling after 25 years .

What a surprise in all the changes that has happened in those 25 years . I used to use a Columbia White dot . I started back at the beginning of this year and have picked up a few balls over the last 6 months . A Columbis U-Turn Particle 15 lb ,, a 13 lb Scorchin Inferno ,, a 13 lb Morich Total Annihilation,, and my favorite a BWP 14lb. I love that ball . And Tomorrow Im getting an Anger 14lb .

I have a high Track and i always have them drilled in a strong pin placement . Dont know if im right in doing that but im afraid to have it drilled weaker afraid i might not like the performance . Im older and its taking some time and work to get my consistancy back .

I joined a league and currently have a 160 average .

I have enjoyed reading all the messages here and hopefully will be able to add something in the future

The BWP and Anger should be a great arsenal for you. Welcome aboard the board.

Get to be great at picking up corner pin spares and you will raise your average in no time. It amazes me how often people miss the 10 pin and 7 pin spares.

Hello fellow newbie.... I too have to take it easy on the 50+ knees and back. 1 and 2 pin leaves fall over just as far with a #12 ball as they do with a #15 ball.
welcome to your newest social network.

Welcome new Hammerhead. Like you, I had a 11 year hiatus from bowling, came back to the sport late 1999. Had to learn anew everything, never heard of reactive or particle balls etc.
