Ham-chop,,

I put TJ's trick layout on my NM and BWS last year. Here's a link to what it looks like. It puts alot of negative side weight in the ball. The ball goes real long and has an agressive backend. I prefer this drill for me because I need the added length. BTW I am right handed .

The pin was placed 4 and 3/4 inches from my PAP and 1 inch from the VAL.

The CG is lower left of the middle finger . The 3 dots just below the fingers are a reflection of cieling fan lights. These are not markings on the ball

Hart was placed on the third flare of my trac. Middle finger drilled 3 inches deep to reduce excess finger weight. No weight hole was required.

Second on is my BWS. Drilled the same only middle finger didn't have to be drilled so deep . No weight hole needed on this neither.

WARNING: THIS LAYOUT CAN ONLY BE USED IN HIGH MASS BIAS BALLS.

This layout puts alot of negative side weight in the ball. Unless you have a rev rate of 300 or higher I don't recommend this drilling. This layout gets the ball down the lane another 2 to 3 feet . The break point is alot later before it turns hard.

Bubba, are you going to have time to get some videos of the layouts up on youtube? I would like to see how they react.

I have "trick layouts" on two of my balls. Off the top of my head I think layouts are 4 3/4" Pin to Pap, 1" Pin from Val. The mass bias on the Revs is at 90 degress and on the Finish is at ~45 degrees. Both have X holes on the axis point. The layouts provide length with a late, sharp break point.

What ball are you considering this layout for? Also what is your approximate ball speed and rev rate?

Usually if it shines it either polished or soaked up alot of oil.

pretty sure its polished then because the ball hooks way too much to have any oil in it.
