dry? hmmm, i like my pure hammer alot. nice control, im med rev, med speed...if that helps

A shined Pure will work.
I have one 5.5" Pin to PAP 75*layout.
Still a bit strong though.

If hammer has any need in its line, a good weak core resin ball for late shifts is it.
