When I release my shot I always look at the bowling ball to make sure my hand stay on the right point.
Is this a bad habit? since I feel I throw more accurate this way:(

Guess it depends on when you are looking down... if your ball is hitting your mark(s) you should be okay. Consistency is what matters most.

Does the ball hit the mark every time? If it does, stay with it. If not, start looking at the arrows. I'm trying to figure out why you have to look to know where your hand is. You should be able to feel it.

Maybe it's because I haven't try a good bowling ball yet:confused:
my only bowling ball right now is a $50 ebonite that's already drilled when I brought it. Drill my BWP tomorrow and see if I can break my 166 :(
Avg right now is around 125
