Do I need to resurface my BWS..?

no.....take it to the proshop. They will fill it with superglue or plug and then just sand smooth the area. no need to resurface the whole ball.

I hope it's not on your ball track. Personnaly I don't like having something filled or fixed if it is in my Ball Track. Like blue said take it to your pro shop and have him take a look at it.
