I was instructed by my friend (who drills bowling balls for the bowling alley I work at) to buy The Real Deal. She said that it is the most agressive coverstock that Hammer has ever put on their bowling ball. Is this true? Also... is The Real Deal really as good as I hear it is and worth the money?

The answer to all of your questions is YES. Be careful with that powerful orb in your hand.

Oh, by the way, please don't use the phrase "bowling alley". It has a negative connotation. Please use "bowling center" in the future.

Thanks

The Real Deal Is the most hook ever out of a box. Since we are a short oil house, 38 feet, high scoring house, I can,t roll it. I have drilled The Real Deal for Bowlers with high speed, and they are 10 boards left, where they normally roll there Diesel with the pin placement the same. Great long oil ball.

The Real Deal is definately an aggressive ball and is made for Heavy Oil. This ball is easily able to catch mid-lane and can have a hard snapping hook that drives through the pocket. This is my first ball from Hammer, and I am extremely impressed with reaction of this coverstock and core combination. My previous ball was a "freak-a-zoid" by Track where I averaged 161. With "The Real Deal," I am now bowling a 192 average. The Real Deal is THE REAL DEAL!!! It is pure power and has convinced me to stick with Hammer.

I purchaced the Real Deal about 2 months ago. I bowl at a house that is very dry on the outside and heavy oil in the middle. The ball breaks so hard that I had to try a complete new line that I have never thrown before. Tight down the middle of the lane. Starting left of the middle dot I toss over the THIRD arrow in the oil. The ball stays as straight as an arrow till about 3 feet from the pocket, then BAM :) I have never seen a ball turn over and hit as hard as the Real Deal! Remember tight and watch them fight. Oh ya, it will carry the 5 and NO worry about the 10. Good Luck! Went from a 186 to 195 and climing.

The real deal is worth every penny. I have been bowling for a long time & carry a 200+ average. I purchased a real deal this past week and i am crazy about it. It is one of the few balls that i have ever seen that doesn't lose all it's energy when the lanes start to get toasty. I just keep moving & keep throwing it.

The Real Deal is the best ball that i have ever rolled. It is very controllable and hits very hard. It also handles high ball speed on oil. Great ball!! NC here too.

I just tried the Real Deal today at a Hammer Demo. I am convinced it's going to be my next ball. I could swing it wide or play the inside line. Did not matter. It would hit the pocket no matter where I played it. Very good ball. Going to be hard to put away my old burgundy urethane hammer (especially after shooting 766 on Monday) but I think the Real Deal is a hot ball :D

Man Ive been using The Deal for a few months now but anytime there was alot of oil out there Id be done. I wanted a heavy oil ball with a mean back end reaction. So I stepped up to The Real Deal and WOW!!! Its is everything that youve heard and more. I carry 192 average. My first set with this ball was 214,234,221 for 669. I cant wait to use it again!!!
