I just watched the replay of the USBC Open on Youtube, he was even wearing a Hammer shirt, I wonder if that means he'll actually ink a deal with Hammer or already has. Because he could wear and bowl with anything if he was a free agent, I guess kinda like Norm Duke the last few years, rolling Storm and nothing else, just making it official in the "offseason"

Nope. He's a "free agent". But Brian Graham told me in an Email that he fully expects to see PA wearing the Hammer colors on the tube a lot this year.

Wonder if he'll sign soon though. Because, if he rolls good with Hammers, he'll prolly sign, free stuff, right?

Think even the free agents get stuff for free... shirts, balls and other stuff. It good for whatever company... advertising. Believe I have heard they "free agents" get a few things, not as good as being on staff... but still has it's perks if you make the show... which is key to freebie's from which ever manufacture.

Now you know why our stuff costs so much. We cover the cost of all those "freebie" things PA and others get. Don't get me wrong,I love to see anyone wearing the Hammer colors on the tube. I understand all about promo's,giveaway's and other things like that. But just remember that you're the one thats paying for it when you buy a ball or anything else from the ball manufacturer.

the reason things cost so much is the middleman. The distributors jack the price up, so the pro shop has to sell it for alot to make a profit. That's why Buddies Proshop (website) can sell stuff so cheap, I suspect they are distributors.

There was another case of this today, Eugene McCune isnt on the staff and was throwing a BWS. And wearing Hammer gear, there must be a lot of people that do this.
