This is probably tough to do when the only "practice" time you get is during open bowling, but I'm sure you can come up with your own variation.
This is a new game/drill designed to increase your accuracy in hitting targets
This is a 7 frame game, with a perfect score of 14.
-Frame 1 we have to make the 10 pin twice. Count the number of shots it takes to make the 10 pin twice.
-Frame 2, 6 pin. Count the number of shots it takes to make it twice.
-Frame 3, 3 pin.
*Note: Remember the 4-8-12 Spare Shooting System? We need a position from which we make the 10 pin. Remember where you stand and what you look at to make the 10 pin!! Move 4 boards to the right to make the 6 pin, keep the same target! Move 8 boards to the right of your 10 pin starting position to make the 3 pin.
-Frame 4!! Pocket shot, You get 3 practice shots to find the 1-3 pocket(1-2 lefties). Now, you must hit the pocket twice. Count the number of shots it takes you to hit the pocket twice.
-Frame 5, 2 pin. *Move your feet 4 boards to the right of your strike ball sttarting position, and look at the same target! Count the number of shots it takes to make the 2 pin twice.
-Frame 6, 4 pin. Move 8 boards to the right of your strike ball starting position, begin to point your toes left toward the 4 pin. Look at your strike ball target. Count the number of shots it takes to make the 4 pin twice.
-Frame 7, 7 pin. Move your feet 12 boards to the right of your strike ball starting position. Count the number of times it takes you to make the 7 pin twice.
Total your score for the 7 frames. Remember, 14 is perfect. Pros average 14-14 1/2 shots. Try to score under 20!!!
