FaBall Hammers --- Have One?

Looking for all the Old School Hammer throwers.... My father threw the Orginal Balck Hammer in the 1980's and now recently got back into bowling... Bought him and original Black Hammer, Black Widow, and a Hammer Nasty Nail. He will throw nothing else.

Hubby has the original Red Hammer by Faball and I have the Hammer Nova (just purchased).

Mind you I have a Jinx and it's not too reactive, but I threw my Hammer last night in league and for the first time I was consistant... 180, 181, 177. Very proud....

My father threw a 245, 235, and 212.... He hasn't bowled inover 20 years. WOW, and he's 60.

Just looking for those who have the orginal or the new and let me know how you like your ball.

I have thrown alot of old school Hammers and I currently still have a blue and burgandy one. On those certain dryer conditions, the older urethane stuff still works very well. The hitting power of the older equipment cant compete with the new stuff, but is still usefull.

Still Use My Old Fable Equipment Burgundy + Blue Pearl, But Would Love A Reactive ( BWP) But I Put To Much On The Ball And Never Have Conditions To Throw One.:( :(

Welcome to the Hammer Message board SonyDog. And nice bowling by the way. Tell your huibby and Dad the same. I do not have any of the old Faball equipment currently. Oh wait I do The Nast Nail I have. I have all new Hammer Brand equipment and I must compared to the old days, Hammer came a very long way in producing the best equipment on the markt today.

I dont have a Hammer urethane, but I throw an old Udot, its a 16, and it hits very hard, usually I throw 15's, but the 16 is fun on the dry stuff, just make sure when you miss your mark you dont pull it, the light shots are forgiving, the yanked shots arent.
