That ball appears to be the Original Black Hammer. Another picture would help though and by the looks of the pic the ball is pretty beat up so a resurface job is in order. The specs on the ball are as follows.....
Specifications:
Line Hammer -- Color Black
Coverstock -- Urethane
Core -- 2-piece
Factory finish ---Sanded
Weights---- 13 thru 16lbs
Lane Conditions --Medium Oil
Cleared ABC January 1991
Street Racer

Actually this is the ball that started it all StreetRacer. back in it's day it was a very hard hitter. Hammer never lost that tradition to this day.

For that price it is nbot a bad deal. Once you get it have it resurfaced by a pro shop and then fitted and drilled to fit you and you have one heck of a good ball there izaman

Well StreetRacer, I have been around this sport since I was 6 years old. And that is back in the Stone age of 1959. I grew up around this sport as my Dad worked for Brunswick building bowling alleys and reurfacing lanes. That's how I got my start and I never regret one day of learning this game. I hope to continue my goal of getting back on the senior circuit next year starting with the senior regional in Elmira. I know with Hammer brand equipment in my corner I will take up where I left off .
