don't forget the follow threw
i know myself that sometimes i feel like I'm not getting something on the ball and if i extend and follow all the way threw it seems to give me more action and helps my balance at the line
if any of u have read Bill Tailors book Balance then u will know the important on follow threw in gyro dynamics and the part it plays on your pin leaves yes older technology but gyro dynamics is use in tires and air planes and lots of other things
