Actually, you get 50% of the points earned for players on the bench.

From the PBA Fantasy Website:

5. Your 6 Starters will have 100% of their PBA points tabulated towards your Fantasy Team’s Total for that event. If you do not specify starters for a given week, your 6 starters from the previous tournament will be used by default.

6. For the 2007-2008 Fantasy Bowling Season, 50% of the PBA points earned by your bench players will go towards your fantasy team score. So, pick your full lineup carefully since every bowler counts!
