Here are some basic things we need to know...
-Ball?
-Condition (Oil Volume)?
-What type of bowler are you (stroker, tweener, cranker, full roller...)?
-Do you know your REV's and Ball Speed?
-Do you have a good generalization of your PAP?
-Is there a certain type of reaction you need to fill with this ball or just a favorite reaction?
(Just as a FYI, we are happy to help, but it always best to consult a Good Proshop for your needs.)
Most of the layout are determined by Pin Position, CG Position and MB/HART Postition, plus weight holes can make a dramatic difference in reaction. The location of the Pin in referance to you PAP will generally make a diffence on how fast the ball will start hooking.
www.brunsnick.com (http://www.brunsnick.com) has a good video on X-Hole Position.

skid /flip layout = long pin to pap distance aprox. 5" or so
all purpose layout = Medium pin to pap aprox. 4-5"
label layout = short pin to pap aprox. 3-4"
It depends on what you want the ball to do and what motion you want on it.

Most of us drill a ball for skid/flip because that layout will give us a ball that can be used on more than one oil pattern. It's a very versitile layout,so the ball can be tweaked to your personal preferences. High rev or low rev can throw a skid/flip with no problem.

Looks like you have the BWP, Personally I'd put the Pin above the Bridge.
