So I was watching the PBA Sunday night...and chalk one up for HAMMERHEADS around the world. This is the thing, Patrick Allen won but last I knew his contract was with Ebonite Int.

Granted Ebonite and Hammer are almost one in the same but, it was a Black Widow Pearl and of all things in the Hammer line up "Blue VIBE"!

So I guess if P.A. can win a title with them I will have to get them. I am hoping Santa got my letter for the BWP I already have the BV just not drilled.

Oh well who cares about me. Rock on to Hammerheads. Thanks for representing P.A.

Sunday around noon cst was a repeat, but what he is talking about is the prime time 2 hour telecast where PA won with a Black Widow Pearl on the right lane and a Blue Vibe on the left. very entertaining.

Not only did PA win, but there was a Black Widow Clear on the ball return.

He signed back with Hammer at the beginning of the season. He even mentioned Hammer on the telecast.

Think he is a independent contractor/bowler. Would not surprise me, if he and Hammer get back together... they just may have to let the past be the past. He used alot of Ebonite adter the Winter break last season.

PA rolls whatever he wants to. He's not signed with anyone this year. And don't look for him to be a Hammer sponsored bowler anytime soon. Old wounds haven't healed that much yet. Sure is fun to hear him begging for his old job back, though. Guess he figured out that he needs Hammer more than Hammer needs him. About damn time.

Some players and ball companies match up better than others... sure if he was at Track this thing might be different. But he is not. He did good with Ebonite last year... so he needs Ebonite Mfg ball more than anything IMO.

Sure there where two side to the story, but sometimes everybody has to but the past in your past and move forward. (Don't take it so personal.)

Fact is right now he is throw his Hammer's better than anyone right now, on tour. Should they roll over to get him back, no way... shouyld he roll over to get back on staff no way.

I remember seeing Doug Kent roll a purple vibe sometime last year. I think it was when he won his second major but I could be wrong. What exactly happened between PA and Hammer?

Purple vibe was in the roll to riches.

Nah, Doug has always used a Tuff for spares, atleast for the past few years he has.

Money from what I have heard, but thats speculation, after he won player of the year... had his best seaon to date. But none of really know for sure, since we are not part of Ebonite or PA. Sure there are two sides to that story.

I don't know what happen with PA and Hammer either. I do know that I read an article on the Hammerbowling.com NEWS section that PA and Hammer went their seperate way mutually.

For the record, I think that anybody that would walk away from the backing of Hammer is cooked in the head. It doesn't matter who you are or where you are if you have a Hammer staff shirt or label or what ever, people know your a bad ass and one to be reckoned with. Oh well, I guess that just frees up some dollars that Hammer can spend on some up and coming amatures in the local tours.

As for Dougie Fresh, I am 100% certain that he only uses the Tuff for spares. That is not to say that in some cases cases ( like the flat USBC open condition) that he would throw the Vibe at something. But for corners, always the Tuff.
